We ship to the US and Canada.

We attempt to ship orders the same day they’re received, but this depends upon the time of day each order is received. The earlier we receive an order, the better chance we have of getting it out that same day. Most orders certainly ship by the next day.

Orders for Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska add 3 to 5 business days to processing before eventually shipping to you. If we mess up your order we will certainly fix it - period.

Free Shipping Offers:
Free shipping offers only apply to the contiguous 48 US states (lower 48). These orders usually ship by US Mail or UPS Ground, though it is at our discretion as well as that of our vendors to determine the final shipping method. Orders are shipped in the most economical way and from the closest possible location to you.

Delivery Policy:
Most orders ship without signatures being required upon delivery. Some more expensive products will be shipped requiring a signature for yours and our protection. If we ship directly from one of our vendors to get the item to you more quickly, they may require a signature.

Alaska and Hawaii orders:
Shipping fees are $20 for orders under $50. Shipping fees are $15 for orders under $100 Shipping fees are $10 for orders over $100. No oversized items will be shipped to these states.

Canadian Orders:
The minimum order for shipping to Canada is $200. Shipping fees are $30 for orders up to $300. Shipping fees are $45 for orders above $300. Orders will usually ship by US Mail service. All funds are shown in US Dollars. All import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving party. Packing slips cannot be marked as a gift or with altered prices. No oversized items will be shipped to Canada. We carefully inspect all items before shipping.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be changed or cancelled while they are being processed. Once they are sent out for shipping they cannot be cancelled or altered.

Damaged Goods:
If an item arrives visually damaged, please contact us immediately. Damage claims are handled through each shipping carrier.

Returns / Exchanges:
The purchaser is responsible for all return, and back, shipping fees as well as any brokerage fees for returns or exchanges. Returned products must be in the exact same condition as received. This means new and unused condition. Further, all items must be in the same undamaged original packaging with all tags still attached and any product documentation must also be included. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs as well as insurance for your return.

Warranty:
All items offered by Motorsports Network carry the manufacturers warranty. Some exhaust companies do not provide an in use warranty as their items are sold for competition use only.

Shipping Changes:
in Route Shipping changes including address changes, intercepts, and will-call pick ups are subject to a $10 service fee.

Site or Listing Errors:
Motorsports Network reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders where the product has been listed at an incorrect price for any reason. We retain the right to cancel any such orders even if your card or account has been charged. We will notify you of the error immediately and make a full return to you. Of course this is the last thing we ever want and we work hard to avoid such situations.

Motorsports Network provides no product warranties – only the manufacturer warranties apply. Any aftermarket parts we may sell, including exhaust systems or racing parts, are for closed course competition use only. By purchasing from Motorsports Network you acknowledge that these types of parts are for closed course competition use only and not for street legal use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to comply with all applicable laws.
